If they use the same warning sound for 6am reveille as they use for emergencies it will be pointless and possibly dangerous when there's a real emergency.
After the Tsunami warnings there were warnings about the alerts being ignored if they were used too often. I think those targeted with these wake up calls will ignore real emergency alerts. How many lives will be lost?
