I have always been concerned as to how a government can justify any payment to organised crime group involved in narcotics, murder and intimidation, unless of course the government or ministers are paying them hush money. It worrys me further when no police investigation follows, even Costers inept police, unless the government has put, the squeeze on them. Sadly the coalition did not follow up on this either which is no surprise. NZ really needs an Independent Commission Against Corruption, making all MP's responsible for their actions.
