If the Labour Party had any sense they would have dropped Hipkins like a hot coal as soon as they suffered that huge post pandemic defeat. But rather than self correct they continue to remind us all of their authoritarianism by waving Hipkins in everyone's face. When people see him, they see Ardern. Like a red flag to every ex-Labour voter in this country, you have to wonder at the cognitive dissonance that must exist within party ranks not to realise this.
