Over forty years ago they opened a store in Takapuna. People used to buy that rubbish, take in down to Lake Pupuke and throw their trash out the window. I used to swim in the lake and this stuff was lying everywhere. Eventually I loaded up my ute with it and took it back and dumped it on their forecourt, several times....never eaten it since......Korean fried Chicken sounds like it might be a goer but the best ever takeaway I've ever had was Vietnamese pork rolls with Coriander, a smattering of sweet chilli on fresh baked Vietnamese bread rolls........

Same the day they opened the Tahuna Nelson outlet with great fanfare.

Next morning the lookout carpark on the Hope Saddle an hour's drive south was littered with candy striped KFC boxes.

Big difference between a K and a Y. Think the idiots at KFC are looking for work and trying to keep their name cleaner than their food.

Happy for their name to be associated with Covid bribery but sensitive over being laughed at in a satirical post. They pedal obesity, type 2 diabetes and poverty given the high levels of carbs and the ridiculously high price. Boycott

I haven’t been to KFC in years and agree that Korean Fried Chicken is way better. KFC in Asia generally refers to the Korean one anyway and I don’t think KFC can do anything about it as it’s taken hold in the culture.

Pathetic...the worlds second largest food chain going after a clever schoolboy...a company that size is somehow threatened by him...how Blackrocky and unAmerican.

As for your satire of KFC, how equally pathetic from KFC and so much for any form of independent thought or personal expression that could lead to laughter or levity...they can't be having that.

What do you expect from a company that has this un-charming rap as the theme for it's TV ads?
